BAB 1

PENDAHULUAN

1.1  Latar Belakang Penelitian

Fotosintesis adalah mengolah bahan sederhana menjadi bahan yang kompleks dengan bantuan cahaya pada tumbuhan. Bahan sederhana yang digunakan oleh tumbuhan untuk proses fotosintesis adalah karbon dioksida dan air. Tumbuhan umumnya mendapatkan karbon dioksida dari udara dan mendapatkan air dari tanah. Karbon dioksida diubah menjadi gula. Hasil sampingan proses ini adalah gas oksigen.

Proses ini memerlukan energi yang alami didapat dari cahaya matahari. Energi cahaya matahari ini diserap oleh klorofil yang terdapat pada tumbuhan. Proses Fotosintesis menghasilkan oksigen dan karbohidrat. Fotosintesis pada tumbuhan dilakukan pada siang hari dengan bantuan sinar matahari dan karbon dioksida serta mengeluarkan oksigen dan karbohidrat. Oksigen akan disebarkan ke luar tumbuhan sehingga manusia dapat menghirupnya untuk bernafas sedangkan karbohidrat digunakan oleh tumbuhan itu sendiri untuk pertumbuhan.

Pada malam hari karena tidak ada cahaya matahari, tumbuhan mengambil oksigen dari udara dan mengeluarkan karbon dioksida. Pada tugas laporan ini saya akan membahas mengenai pembuktian bahwa fotosintesis menghasilkan karbohidrat dan oksigen.

                                                                                   

1.2  Rumusan Masalah

PHRASAL VERBS

   Phrasal verbs refer to verbs and prepositions which together have a special meaning. For example, put + off means "postpone". A phrasal verb may be either separable or nonseparable.
   With a separable phrasal verb, a noun may come either between the verb and the preposition or after the preposition. A pronoun comes between the verb and the preposition.
   With a nonseparable phrasal verb, a noun or pronoun must follow the preposition.
